Where are your products manufactured?
When you order, a book is printed just for you- hot off the press! We have partnered with Bookvault, a print-on-demand service. Books are printed at the printer closest to you in the United States, UK, Europe, Canada and Australia.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Your book is instantly queued at the printer the second you order. It typically takes 1-2 weeks to print. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If you find quality issues with your print please reach out and we will work with you and our printer to either get you a new copy or refund your purchase. Please see our return policy for other returns.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
